She is a transformation veteran, having driven high-growth scenarios across technology, fintech, supply chain, and financial services. Suni specializes in building powerhouse talent pipelines, fostering an inclusive culture, and leading AI transformation on a global scale.
Prior to Omnissa, she served as Chief People Officer at Gong, Marqeta (NASDAQ:MQ), and Navis LLC. Her background includes senior leadership roles at Cisco, ANZ Bank, and SVB Financial Services, where she consistently built high-performing teams that accelerate sustainable growth.
