Global Tax, Senior Analyst

What is the opportunity? 
As a Global Tax, Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for indirect tax compliance, reporting, and governance across multiple jurisdictions. Here is a breakdown of what you can expect: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and file VAT/GST/sales tax returns across multiple jurisdictions
• Maintain and manage the indirect tax compliance calendar, ensuring all filings and payments meet deadlines.
• Prepare or assist in the preparation of reconciliation of tax/VAT/GST accounts
• Support month-end and year-end tax reporting and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and legal teams to ensure consistent compliance.
• Data preparation and coordination with external service providers for the preparation of outsourced indirect tax returns
• Assist and manage notices and audits received from various taxing authorities
• Assist with maintaining tax records and related documents
• Coordinate with tax advisors to manage tax compliance requirements in various international & US jurisdictions.
• Provide support in tax audits and inquiries from US & international tax authorities.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

What will you bring to Omnissa?

• Ideally ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA qualified.
• Experience with indirect taxes preferred but not required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Must be meticulous, detail oriented, organised and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to be flexible while working with time constraints and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
