John Swainson
Board member
John Swainson is an experienced technology executive and board leader with a long track record guiding global organizations through transformation and growth. He currently serves as Executive Chairman of Equiniti, Inc. and Chairman of Travelport Inc., and sits on the boards of ERCOT and Schneider National, as well as the advisory board of Midis Group.
John previously led the Dell Software Group and served as CEO of CA Technologies, following more than two decades in senior leadership roles at IBM. His prior board service includes Cadence Design Systems, Assurant, SecureKey, VISA, and Serena Software. He is known for scaling complex businesses, modernizing product portfolios, and driving operational excellence.
