Omnissa expands into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with new Riyadh office and general manager
Local presence supports organizations as they modernize digital work, in alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals for digital transformation
- October 20, 2026
RIYADH, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – October 20, 2026 – Omnissa®, the digital work platform company for the agentic era, today announced its expansion into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) with the opening of a Riyadh office and the appointment of Mohammed Alanazi as sales and general manager for Saudi Arabia, supporting customers and partners across the region. The expansion strengthens the company’s presence in the Kingdom and helps organizations manage and secure endpoints as AI adoption grows, while meeting evolving security and data residency requirements.
“Organizations across Saudi Arabia are accelerating digital transformation initiatives while placing greater emphasis on security and data control,” said Ralf Gegg, vice president of sales for EMEA at Omnissa. “Having a local team in the Kingdom allows us to work more closely with customers and partners as they address the growing complexity of AI governance and local data regulations.
The new Riyadh office creates a local hub for customer collaboration and partner engagement. The office houses a dedicated local customer account management and engineering team to support customers across the Kingdom. Omnissa is also in the process of opening a Regional Headquarters (RHQ) under the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia’s (MISA) RHQ program to guide its regional strategy.
As sales and general manager for Saudi Arabia, Mohammed Alanazi will lead customer and partner operations in Saudi Arabia, expanding Omnissa relationships across the Kingdom and supporting its long-term growth in the market.
“Having a team based in Riyadh puts us closer to the organizations we serve and gives us a better understanding of their priorities as the market continues to evolve,” said Mohammed Alanazi, sales and general manager for Saudi Arabia at Omnissa. “I look forward to building the team, deepening relationships across the Kingdom and making sure customers and partners have the local support they need to succeed.”
Omnissa expects to become the first end-user computing provider in the Kingdom to offer a unified digital workspace platform that supports local data residency requirements. The platform brings together unified endpoint management, virtual apps and desktops, digital employee experience, and security capabilities into a single AI-driven solution that securely delivers applications and data across any device or location.
As AI agents increasingly operate alongside employees at every endpoint, Omnissa gives organizations the visibility and control they need to secure the agentic endpoint and safely say “yes” to enterprise AI.
The investment in a local Omnissa presence supports the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 digital transformation goals, including strengthening local technology infrastructure and advancing the digital economy.
