Sustainability at Omnissa

At Omnissa we believe that sustainable business practices bring value to all our stakeholders. Ever mindful of our environmental, social, and ethical responsibilities, we are committed to shaping a sustainable future.

Our strategy

As a recently-launched independent company, Omnissa is in the process of developing a comprehensive sustainability strategy and plan. In 2025 we will measure and set baseline values for reporting in 2026.

Omnissa plans to follow standard protocols, including SASB Software and IT Services standards, to facilitate compliance with customer, supplier, and governmental expectations in the jurisdictions where we operate.

Environmental sustainability

We care about our impact on the environment and the risks that climate change could pose to our operations. As part of our environmental strategy, Omnissa will monitor both emissions and energy usage and sources.

Emissions

In 2025, Omnissa will measure Scope 1 and 2 emissions for 2026 reporting. In 2026, we will evaluate adding Scope 3 emissions for 2027 reporting. Once baselines are set, Omnissa will measure against peer companies and develop targets for emissions reductions.

Energy usage and sources

Omnissa will capture and report energy usage and sources in 2025 for 2026 reporting in its offices and data centers worldwide.
