Required Qualifications :

Technical Leadership

• Own and drive the stability and scalability of the automation framework.

• Provide long-term, sustainable technical solutions and guidance to the team.

• Lead external collaborations involving the automation framework with clarity and accountability.

• Promote and implement quality gates for all new enhancements to ensure robust delivery.

Technical Proficiency

• Demonstrates strong foundational expertise in tools such as Git, Pycharm, SSH, and selenium,

• Possesses deep product knowledge and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues.

• Capable of reviewing and guiding technical decisions, including code reviews, design discussions, and architectural choices.

Team Development & Growth

• Fosters a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and innovation within the team.

• Delegates challenging tasks to encourage ownership and skill development.

Planning & Execution

• Maintains a structured and transparent sprint planning process aligned with long-term goals.

• Ensures realistic timelines and prioritization through collaborative planning.

Location: Bengaluru / Chennai

Location Type:  HYBRID. This role offers a balanced arrangement, with the expectation of working 3 days a week in our local office and the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. It is essential that you reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the office location for the in-office workdays.
