What is the opportunity?

You will join a team focused on developing an application virtualization product that helps
customers optimize application delivery and management. We are passionate about creating
high-quality software quickly and leveraging automation and best software engineering practices
in everything we do. Continuous improvement is at the core of our culture. Our mission is to
simplify application management and delivery for desktops and enable Unified Application
Management across all applications
. Our primary focus is on streamlining the packaging and
virtualization of Windows applications. As a member of the Application Virtualization team, you
will contribute to the design, coding, and development of virtualization software. We are seeking
an engineer with a strong background in architecting and designing enterprise software in Java.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microservices, Java programming,
and software architecture, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining
high-performance, reliable, and scalable software systems.

  • 2 to 5 years for MTS-II. Strong in Coding, problem-solving, DS/Algo, with basic knowledge of HLD/LLD.
  • Java Backend Engineering with a Focus on Microservices and APIs
  • BE/Btech/ME/MTech qualification
  • Experience with large-scale systems
  • Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
  • Experience writing and deploying containerized Java applications.
  • Experience with deploying and monitoring services in AWS
  • Write highly maintainable, performant code.
  • Design and implement highly usable REST APIs adhering to standards and best practices.
  • Maintain a high degree of ownership and transparency.
  • Work closely with product management and architects to deliver high-quality features
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements for the way we write, test, deploy, and monitor code
  • Participate in component-level architectural design and code reviews.
  • Automate unit and integration tests within a CI/CD pipeline

Location: Bengaluru / Chennai

Location Type:  HYBRID. This role offers a balanced arrangement, with the expectation of working 3 days a week in our local office and the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. You must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the office location for the in-office workdays.  

Travel Expectations: 5% only on a need basis, local or international.
