If you’ve recently logged into Omnissa Connect you’ve likely noticed the sleek new interface that unifies Workspace ONE Cloud Admin Hub and Omnissa Cloud Services. This streamlined experience is designed to simplify navigation and centralize access to your most-used tools. But beyond the polished Home page, Omnissa Connect packs a surprising amount of functionality that can easily go unnoticed. The latest click-through demo is a great way to uncover these hidden gems and see how they can make your daily workflows faster and more efficient.
Here are five capabilities you might not realize are built into Omnissa Connect—all available in our Omnissa Connect Demo. These tips can save you time, boost your security posture, and reduce admin complexity:
1. Access all Omnissa services from a single pane
Gone are the days of juggling multiple URLs or bookmarking five different login pages. Omnissa Connect consolidates all your entitled services into one intuitive dashboard, making it easier than ever to manage your environment. You can instantly see which services are active, which have updates available, and which are eligible for trial—all without leaving the platform. This centralized view helps reduce friction and ensures you're always up to date.
In the demo (Step #7): From the Home page, click “Discover More” to view every available Omnissa service, along with subscription status and upgrade opportunities.
2. Quickly launch the Workspace ONE Marketplace
The built-in marketplace isn’t just a storefront; it’s a productivity booster. It offers quick access to dashboards, reports, scripts, and configuration templates that help scale your endpoint management strategy. Whether you're optimizing for compliance, digital employee experience (DEX), or automation, the marketplace has prebuilt solutions to accelerate your goals. It’s a great way to reduce manual setup and leverage community-driven best practices.
In the demo (Step #5): Scroll to the Resources section and click “Marketplace” to explore prebuilt solutions for everything from compliance to DEX optimization.
3. Submit support requests with SSO—no re-login needed
Trying to reach IT Support shouldn’t slow you down. With Omnissa Connect, you can submit and track support requests using single sign-on (SSO), eliminating the need to re-authenticate. You’ll also get a real-time snapshot of your open tickets directly from the dashboard, so you can stay informed without switching tabs. This seamless experience helps reduce downtime and keeps your focus on resolving issues quickly.
In the demo (Step #4): Find your support tickets under “Support Requests.” Click to launch Customer Connect without entering credentials again.
4. Assign role-based access by service—not just by org
Most platforms stop at organization-level role-based access control (RBAC), but Omnissa Connect takes it further. You can assign granular roles by individual service, such as “Horizon Deployment Admin” or “UEM Read-Only,” giving you precise control over who can do what. This level of detail supports least-privilege access models and enhances your overall security posture. It’s especially useful for large teams with diverse responsibilities.
In the demo (Step #10): Navigate to the “Administrators” section, click “Add,” and select both organization and individual service roles.
5. Access docs, training, and community from the same hub
No more hunting across portals for the resources you need. Omnissa Connect brings together documentation, training modules, support links, and community forums in one convenient location. Whether you're onboarding a new admin or troubleshooting a configuration, everything is just a click away. This unified access helps accelerate learning and fosters collaboration across your team.
In the demo (Step #5): The “Resources” section provides quick access to documentation, training, support, and the broader Omnissa community.
