Machine Learning (ML) is a subset of AI that enables systems to learn from data and improve over time without explicit programming. 

No, Omni does not use customer data for training. 

No, customers need to opt-in to leverage Omni’s capabilities.

An autonomous workspace is an advanced digital workspace model that uses AI and data science to deliver self-configuring, self-healing, and self-securing systems.  

Unlike automated workspaces – which rely on rules-based playbooks defined by IT – autonomous workspaces continuously learn from data to drive outcomes-based actions with minimal human intervention.
