What is the opportunity?
We simplify how employees experience their digital workspace — bringing consumer-grade clarity and craft into complex enterprise environments. We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape that experience.
Our work spans mobile (iOS, Android), desktop (macOS, Windows, Linux), web, and emerging surfaces including XR — across products that support app access, communication, security, and virtual environments. As we modernize our platform and integrate AI-driven capabilities, we focus on refining workflows and strengthening consistency across applications used daily by employees around the world.
In this role, you’ll design new features and evolve existing experiences — balancing usability, scale, and the needs of both end users and administrators. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering partners and contribute to patterns that scale across products.
We’re looking for a designer who cares deeply about interaction craft, takes ownership of their work, and collaborates thoughtfully within a product team. You’ll play a meaningful role in shaping user experiences across platforms — helping bring clarity to complex workflows, balancing user needs with business impact, and contributing to a more cohesive experience across our products.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design of user-centered experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
Create wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes using established design patterns and systems.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research partners to support product development from concept through delivery.
Apply UX research findings, usability feedback, and data to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
Work within Omnissa’s design system to ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
Support multiple initiatives while managing priorities with guidance from design leadership.
What we are looking for
3+ years of experience designing digital products.
A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful interaction and visual design.
Experience designing for web and mobile applications; additional platform experience (desktop or others) is a plus.
Experience working with design systems and contributing to evolving patterns.
Comfort collaborating with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers.
A user-centered approach, with awareness of platform and business context.
