What is the opportunity?:

As an Order Management Analyst, you will be part of the System Operations team responsible for handling order processing, billing, partner operations, pricing, and subscription support. In this role, you’ll support the order-to-cash process, ensure compliance with company policies, and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in global business operations and contribute to continuous process improvement.
What you'll do:
  • Process customer orders with accuracy and compliance, adhering to SOX, export regulations, and internal controls.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a specific line of business and act as operational backup to the team Supervisor as needed.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and process transformation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Channel Partners, Pricing Ops, and Fulfillment teams to support the order-to-invoice process.
  • Reconcile purchase orders with quotes, contracts, and program requirements.
  • Engage with global teams across multiple time zones to support business needs.
  • Complete ad-hoc assignments as required by the business.
     
What You’ll Bring to Omnissa
  • 6 months to 2 years of professional experience in order management, operations, billing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with order-to-cash processes, CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, Oracle, or SAP a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate globally.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
