Buisness Analyst
The Education Operations Analyst (Reporting & Data) is responsible for managing operational reporting, dashboards, and data accuracy across the Education team. This role plays a key part in enabling visibility into business performance and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and publish dashboards across key areas (Revenue, ILT, Certification, ELS, Opportunities)
- Manage and validate data across systems such as Salesforce, LMS, and other internal tools
- Support reporting requirements for leadership, including weekly and monthly business reviews
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reports and dashboards
- Analyze trends and provide insights to support operational and business decisions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver outputs
- Support automation and process improvements in reporting workflows
