Buisness Analyst
The Education Operations Specialist is responsible for managing order fulfilment and supporting day-to-day operational execution within the Education team. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of training services and coordination across internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order fulfilment for training programs (ILT, On-Demand, ELS)
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, execution, and delivery of training
- Ensure timely processing of orders, enrolments, and fulfilment activities in LMS and related systems
- Monitor and manage operational queues to ensure SLA adherence
- Support customer and partner requests related to fulfilment and training logistics
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all fulfilment activities
- Proactively identify and resolve operational gaps and escalations
