Sourcing & Data Analytics Manager

* Support various sourcing & vendor management activities especially in Marketing, Sales Events, and Workplace. This may also include various SW/SaaS related negotiations and projects over time, supporting approximately $10-20M of annual spend.

* Lead the ESG (Scope 3) project and long term operations for Omnissa Strategic Sourcing and ESG program teams, including the development, alignment, and implementation of the process and defined reporting processes going forward as required by Omnissa ESG program office.

* Develop and support ongoing Jira, Oracle, Agiloft, or other operational tool integrations and design, collaborating with IT support teams and Sr. Director of Sourcing to ensure tools are aligned to the function requirements. Provide relevant reporting support for project pipeline, functional reporting. Work with Sourcing, engineering, and IT teams to support effective project management for AI-enablement at the Sourcing functional level.
