What is the opportunity?:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving hiring strategies that align with company growth, GTM(Go to Market) Sales role in APJ and all positions in Japan. You will go beyond requisition-filling, leveraging data, market intelligence, and talent advisory skills to influence workforce planning and hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities
· Shape Business Goals: Align hiring strategies with long-term business objectives.
· Develop & Execute Recruiting Strategies: Lead strategic sourcing and hiring initiatives across multiple functions.
· Leverage Data for Decision-Making: Use internal and external insights to influence hiring decisions.
· Lead Talent Pipeline Initiatives: Create proactive sourcing strategies for critical roles.
· Educate & Advise Hiring Managers: Serve as a subject matter expert on labor market trends, hiring best practices, and workforce planning.
· Optimize & Scale Recruitment Processes: Identify efficiencies to improve hiring effectiveness.

Native level Japanese and business level English
10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Strong in sales hiring
Strong in sourcing
Proven experience advising hiring managers and influencing hiring strategy.
Strong understanding of labor market trends and workforce planning.
Able to drive continuous improvements in hiring processes and recruitment operations.
