We’re thrilled to announce that Omni, our AI-powered assistant, is now generally available (GA)! Omni is the next major step in our journey to redefine endpoint management through autonomous workspaces—environments that proactively self-configure, self-heal, and self-secure.
As an AI assistant, Omni brings generative AI and large language models to the Omnissa platform, enabling conversational support and advanced analytics across Workspace ONE UEM, Horizon, Omnissa Intelligence, and Omnissa Connect. We believe the autonomous workspace starts with people, and that’s why we designed Omni to help IT work smarter and more efficiently across Omnissa products.
Omni drives natural language support for in-product help and analysis with Knowledge Search and Data Analysis
Omni is accessed through a chat interface in supported Omnissa consoles. Right now, Omni uses two powerful tools to respond to requests — Knowledge Search and Data Analysis — with many more tools and features to come. With Omni at your side, you gain a hyper‑smart technical partner — like a seasoned engineer who analyzes, executes, and accelerates your workflow in real-time, powering through complexity at AI‑level speed.
- Knowledge Search: Ask any question about Omnissa products in plain English (with support for additional languages in the future) and get an immediate answer back, sourced from trusted product documentation and other technical resources. For example, you might ask, “How do I create a UEM sensor?” Within seconds, Omni will outline the steps you need to take to create a sensor, as well as provide direct links to any sources.
- Data Analysis: Use Omni to turn raw data from Intelligence into actionable insights about your UEM and Horizon deployments. For example, you could ask Omni, “Show me how many Windows devices I have.” In return, Omni will tell you how many Windows devices you have, as well as give you the option to open the answer in Data Explorer for a more in-depth, customizable view of the results, including visualizations. You could also dive deeper by asking Omni, “Show me these devices by OS version,” and Omni will break down the results in an easy-to-read chart.

- Conversational, in-product support and data analysis: Get real-time answers and actionable insights without leaving the console—powered by Omnissa documentation and your data in Intelligence. Leverage Data Explorer for additional query details, logic, refinement, and visualization.

- Centralized access to AI capabilities: Enjoy a unified interface for all Omnissa AI features, making advanced capabilities easy to discover, understand, and use.
- Responsible AI by design: Omnissa is committed to deploying AI responsibly through strong governance, transparency, and data privacy and security. All use of AI is guided by a council and governed by responsible principles and policies. Users are also always clearly informed when AI is used and have control over how data is collected, stored, and used.

Omni is more than a simple chat assistant — it’s the central interface for all our AI capabilities within the Omnissa platform and the backbone of the autonomous workspace. As we introduce more advanced AI-driven capabilities later this year (like agentic AI workflows), Omni will continue to serve as the user-facing component, ensuring any future AI capabilities remain intuitive and accessible.
