Giving feedback on the tools you use every day should feel worthwhile. When we started building the Omnissa User Experience (UX) Research Program in 2021, that was the idea: real humans, real conversations, and a process where your input has a chance to shape what’s built.

Today, more than 2,000 real users help shape what gets built before it shops. Join us as we continue to grow and evolve the program!

Meet the Omnissa UX Research Program

The Omnissa UX Research Program is your chance to co-create directly with the product, design, and engineering teams who are building the tools you use every day. No middlemen.

Here’s how it works

Start by joining the Omnissa UX Research panel and sharing a little about yourself. If a study is a good match for your experience, we’ll reach out with an invitation and everything you need to participate.

Opportunities to participate vary widely, including short surveys, design workshops, group sessions, and prototype playtime. They also range from under five minutes to 45 minutes

During each session, you'll often talk directly to the people building the product—not just the researchers leading the conversation, but the product managers and designers, too. Sometimes you'll even watch a designer update a prototype in real time based on your feedback.

We care about our users, and we want to go the extra mile to hear what you have to say. You're not just giving feedback. You're co-creating.

And you get to see it happen

We move rapidly, so you may find yourself shaping something that's being built right now.

This is a conversation—one where you get to influence not just what the product looks like, but how it works. Your feedback can shape engineering requirements, help determine what knowledge base articles get written, and even influence where in-product guidance appears.

You might test an idea before it's even in beta and see it go live, perhaps even recognizing your influence in the final result.

Participate as much (or as little) as you want

You control how much you do: no pressure, no prep, no inbox overload. We match you to studies that fit your background and schedule, not the other way around.

Opportunities to participate vary widely, including short polls, group sessions, and prototype playtime. They also range from under five minutes to 45 minutes.

Not a talker? No problem. We have async surveys and card-sorting activities you can knock out on your own time. Love a good group discussion? We do workshops, too, where you get to sketch and share ideas alongside other users.

We say thank you (for real)

After completing a study, most participants receive Omnissa swag or an e-gift card. Your time is valuable, and we actually mean it when we say we appreciate it.

Ready to join?
